You don't have to be a concierge member to receive care at Old Rugged Cross Healthcare. Whether you're dealing with a sudden illness, minor injury or another unexpected health concern, our Convenience Care option makes it simple to be evaluated without committing to an ongoing membership.

Self-pay rates only. Prices are subject to change. Additional lab tests, prescriptions, and medical procedures are billed separately from the visit fee.
Weekday Convenience Care Visit
$175 per visit
Effective for acute, non-emergency concerns during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Evening & Weekend Convenience Care Visit
$275 per visit
Limited after-hours and weekend slots for acute, non-emergency concerns may be booked based on availability.
Fees strictly cover clinical exams. Lab work, prescriptions, medical imaging, and onsite procedures are not included in the primary rate and will be detailed as separate charges if provided.

Convenience Care isn't about rushing you in and out. We'll take the time to understand what's going on, evaluate your concern and recommend an appropriate next step.

When medically appropriate, your provider will develop a treatment plan that may include recommendations, prescriptions, testing or other care.

If additional testing, specialty care, emergency evaluation or follow-up is needed, we'll help you understand the appropriate next step.
Convenience Care is not Concierge Membership
Convenience Care provides access to one-time acute care for non-members. It does not establish an ongoing concierge membership or include the ongoing access, preventive care, health planning or preferred pricing available to concierge members.

Weekday visit: $175
Evening & weekend visit: $275
Concierge Member Sick Visit
Weekday visit: $100
Evening & weekend visit: $200
