Our memberships are structured around your ongoing healthcare relationship, preventive care and the services included within your selected plan. When an unexpected illness or acute concern requires a dedicated appointment, that visit is billed separately at the preferred member rate.This structure allows us to dedicate appropriate time to acute concerns while offering different membership levels based on each patient's ongoing healthcare needs.

Can I enroll my child without becoming a member myself?

No. At least one parent or legal guardian must maintain an active adult concierge membership for a child to participate in the Pediatric Membership.We believe caring for children works best when we're able to understand and support the health of the family as a whole.

Do I have to become a member to be seen at Old Rugged Cross Healthcare?

Not necessarily. We offer Convenience Care for non-members seeking one-time care for select acute, non-emergency concerns.Convenience Care does not include ongoing concierge benefits, member access or preferred member pricing.

Are medications included in my membership?

Routine prescription medications are not generally included in the concierge membership. Prescription recommendations are based on your individual medical needs, and medication costs are separate unless specifically included in another program, such as an eligible hormone program.

Traditional healthcare can often feel rushed and transactional. Our concierge model is intentionally different. Membership allows us to focus on longer appointments, personalized care, prevention, wellness, and getting to know the person behind the medical chart.

Do you care for both adults and children?

Yes. Old Rugged Cross Healthcare provides concierge care for the whole family. Pediatric memberships are available for children from birth through age 17.To enroll a child in our Pediatric Membership, at least one parent or legal guardian must also maintain an active adult concierge membership with the practice.We believe caring for children works best when we understand the health and wellness of the family as a whole. This allows us to build stronger relationships, improve continuity of care, and provide a more connected healthcare experience for your family.

Do you offer hormone optimization?

Yes. We offer personalized hormone care for both women and men, including the Menopause Method® and Andropause Method®. Hormone optimization is a separate program and is not included in the standard concierge membership.
